To use, download the BroadLink app, register an account, and follow the instructions to connect the device to the app and your Wi-Fi (2.4GHz only). Link with Alexa, Google Home, or IFTTT to enable voice control and smart home integration.

If you encounter issues with connecting to the app or Wi-Fi, ensure the frequency is set to 2.4GHz, the Wi-Fi password is less than 32 characters, and there are no obstacles between the device and your appliances. If your appliance model is not in the database, use the "Learn remote" feature to create a custom remote.

The RM mini3 supports IR 38KHz control devices, not Bluetooth or RF. Infrared remotes have a crystal head on top, while Bluetooth remotes do not. If the IR signal is unstable, check for obstacles and ensure the device is close to the appliance.

BroadLink's products are compatible with a wide range of IR-controlled devices, including TVs, set-top boxes, air conditioners, and more. The device library is constantly updated, and you can program custom features if certain cloud data is unavailable.
