The product package includes a C-wire adapter. Carefully check whether your connection wire meets the installation requirements according to the specifications. If your thermostat has stranded wires or is labeled 120V or higher, your system is not compatible.

Note: Please confirm that you have the R (R/Rc/RH), Y, and G wires when you use the C-wire Adapter. The thermostat cannot support heating-only systems (no C-wire) or high-voltage systems (120-240V).

If your system does not have a C-wire, the package includes a C-wire adapter. Your system needs to have the following wires: 4 wires (W/W1, Y/Y1, G, and R/Rc/Rh) or 3 wires (Y/Y1, G, and R/Rc/Rh). If you do not have these wires, your system may not be compatible.

If the displayed temperature is inaccurate within 1.5 hours after installation and power-on, do not adjust it, as the product will self-adjust during this time. You can manually adjust the temperature in "Menu -> Settings -> T/H Correction".

The included temperature sensor can be set to work during specific time periods. When a human presence is detected, the displayed temperature is the average of the thermostat and sensor readings, providing a more accurate and comfortable environment.
