Troubleshooting

Q1: My switch isn't working in my home circuit. Ensure your circuit has a neutral wire, as our switch requires it for compatibility. Circuits without a neutral wire are unsuitable.

Q2: The light is flashing unexpectedly. Use one of the three compatibility modes available in the app to address flashing issues. Refer to the user manual. Note: Our product is incompatible with remote-controlled lights and may cause flickering due to an unstable network.

Q3: The switch isn't functioning properly despite correct wiring. Tighten the wire cap securely during installation. Failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions. Consult the troubleshooting steps in the user manual.

Q4: I can't pair the switch with the app. Ensure pairing occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as our switch doesn't support 5 GHz. The switch must connect to the network within the specified 3-minute pairing time. Follow the pairing steps in the user manual.

Warm Tips: A neutral wire is required. Compatible only with single-pole, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (not 5 GHz). Fits standard multi-gang wall panels. FCC certified for safety.
